Account Transaction Reports
The Account Transaction reports let you value your account(s), list all cash-transactions and trades, and analyse the profits generated by each trade. Figures tend to be reported nett of charges, unless otherwise noted.
- Account valuations: For each selected account this shows a breakdown of all currently open positions along with their values, plus the cash remaining in each account, plus gain/loss, return and CAGR figures. Valuations exclude projected spread and sell charges, and dividends. The realised gain/loss, return and CAGR figures are based on gross capital values that have been adjusted to remove the effect of deposits and withdrawals (see How Cash-Flows Are Handled In Reports).
- Cash Account for transaction types: This produces a transactions report for each cash-account, including expected income from dividends whose pay-date is in the future. You can include All transaction types, or focus on just one selected transaction type
- Trading Report: Lists each trade in the account(s) along with their dates, quantity and gross price, and a full breakdown of trade charges, plus a description of the trading strategy and rule responsible for the trade
- Profit/Loss Report: This report matches each buy and sell to produce a report of the profits that resulted from each trade or partial trade (i.e. if a position was sold in tranches over time). As well as the dates, quantity and nett prices, the gain or loss and dividends associated with each trade are shown, along with a total profit and ROI figure
